Gwen Stefani, No Doubt, back in the 90s. It wasn’t until Gwen’s second album, which was incredibly annoying, that I realized the value of No Doubt. After Gwen’s two solo albums, The Black Eyed Peas took over the helm of over-produced minimalist dance music and made the whole genre more retarded than ever, actually making ‘pop’ a dirty word. Not the good kind of dirty, y’know, sexy and mmm dirty. Just dirty, like garbage.
